Sometimes I wonder

Why do I always hear people say, "wish you happy forever"????? First, it sounds wrong. Whether it is in terms of the English grammar or the meaning behind it. I think the better sentence for it is "I wish you can be happy forever"?. AND What do you mean by WISH you happy forever? Meaning that he or she is not happy now?! Sounds so sarcastic.

P/S: I am not directing it to anyone. I just don't understand why!!!! DONT USE IT!!!! RESTRUCTURE BETTER AND MORE MEANINGFUL SENTENCES LAH PLEASEEEEE..

Love,
Rachel.
